How does the AI personalization work?
Available on Growth and Scale plans. When a recovery email is triggered, RecoverIQ evaluates the customer's profile — their tenure with your product, their lifetime value, their subscription type, and the nature of their payment failure. It then selects a framing strategy (loyalty framing for long-term subscribers, urgency framing for newer subscribers, loss-aversion framing for high-LTV accounts, etc.) and generates email copy calibrated to that customer. The AI is powered by Claude (Anthropic). This is meaningfully different from simple merge-field personalization — it changes the actual message and emotional appeal of the email.

What Stripe plan do I need?
RecoverIQ works with any Stripe account on any Stripe plan. You just need to be using Stripe Billing (i.e., subscriptions) — RecoverIQ integrates via OAuth and listens to your billing-related webhook events. No enterprise Stripe plan is required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your RecoverIQ subscription at any time from your account settings, and you won't be billed again after cancellation. If you cancel mid-month, you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
